Why are tutorial and dialog boxes blank?

TerritoryMapper must be installed by an Administrator account and run by a PowerUser account, or an account with higher privileges. If a Standard User installs or runs Territory Mapper, these dialog boxes will appear blank. An Administrator can reinstall TerritoryMapper directly over the previous installation without uninstalling beforehand.
