Registered Territory Mapper users are entitled to telephone technical support of their software. Users of the Evaluation version of the software are welcome to check the forum and knowledge base sections for answers to frequently asked questions or to email their questions to a technical support representative. We will try to respond as quickly as possible to your questions however registered users will receive preference. Please make sure that you have the latest version of the software prior to calling or emailing for support. We regularly post upgrades and fixes to problems that we discover and you may resolve your issue by simply installing the current version of the software. To suppress the Destination dialog when performing ?point & click? alignments, simply hold down the Shift key on your keyboard. This will cause map objects to be automatically assigned to the folder that is highlighted in the Hierarchy tab.
