"Support" selection of the main menu. Beyond that, there is
live technical support.

Map Layer Labels
Most map layers have two types of labels for each map
unit: Codes and Names. For example, a 5-Digit ZIP Code will have a
numeric code such as "13224", and a name label
"Syracuse". In addition to these default labels, map layers
can also be labeled with numeric data from linked data sources. Ensure
that the layer is turned on using the Layers tab before opening the
Label Selection dialog or the labels will not appear.
